Main Purpose of Job
This is a key supervisory role within the organisation and the successful applicant
will work alongside other staff members to effectively deliver NBAC’s Advice
Service. You will be expected to carry a caseload of casework files including
Tribunal work and representation. You will carry out file reviews of staff and
volunteer files and provide feedback to improve individual performance and service
delivery. This post is responsible for the supervision of paid staff and volunteers.

Main Purpose of Job
This is a key role within the organisation and the successful applicant will work
alongside other staff members to effectively delivery NBAC’s Advice Service.
You will be expected to interview clients, diagnose their issues and advise and/or
signpost the client to the completion of their issue and related issues.

Data Quality Officer

Job Title: Data Quality Officer
Grade & Salary: £22,000 pro rata (+ 4% employer contribution pension)
Salary: Up to 16 hours per week (flexi working). Occasional
evening/weekend work may be required.
Place of Work: NBAC Office, Gainsborough Square Lockleaze, Bristol, plus
outreach locations in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
 
Main Purpose of Job
To oversee NBAC’s data management systems. You will be expected to collate and
analyse all data relating to advice contracts and ensure all monitoring requirements
are met and funders reported to in an accurate and timely manner. You will ensure
NBAC complies with all GDPR, Employment Law and Health and Safety Legislation.
You will provide reports to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Trustees as
required.

Debt Caseworker at Citizens Advice Bristol

Advice about debt problems, budgeting and managing your finances is always in demand – around 30% of the enquiries we receive each year are debt or money related.

We are seeking to appoint a part time Debt Caseworker to join our busy team.  

The post holder will provide a money advice/debt casework service to clients and will possess a good working knowledge of advice work and debt advice.

You will have effective oral, writing and numeracy skills and an ordered approach to work along with the ability to prioritise cases efficiently and effectively, to use ICT in the provision of casework and to work as part of a team.

Debt advice is changing and we are constantly reviewing our methods of service delivery, so you will need to be willing to embrace new ways of working, and to try different approaches.
